She is passionate about empowering individuals to overcome limiting beliefs, achieve clarity, and confidently navigate life's challenges. Saliha's holistic approach integrates mindfulness, coaching, and therapeutic techniques to foster meaningful and lasting transformation.

Beyond her life coaching expertise, Saliha holds certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified International Supply Chain Manager (CISCM), Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP), and Certified International Supply Chain Consultant. She has a strong background in optimizing processes, managing operations, and leading teams within the healthcare and medical devices sectors. Her combined knowledge in coaching and logistics positions her as a versatile mentor for both personal and professional development.

Nanna brings a wealth of experience across diverse industries, including finance, media, telecommunications, and, most recently, a high-growth SaaS company where she built and led customer success initiatives. Additionally, she has entrepreneurial experience, having founded and operated customer activation agencies in Denmark and Dubai.
Nanna specializes in customer experience, marketing, business development, and strategy. She is pursuing an Executive MBA in Sustainability at Leeds Beckett University, demonstrating her commitment to building a successful and environmentally responsible future.
Nanna's passion lies in helping companies understand the critical role of their customers and how data can be leveraged to make optimal short-term and long-term decisions. This includes integrating sustainability practices that benefit the bottom line and resonate with today's environmentally and socially conscious consumers. With extensive cultural knowledge gained through working in global organizations and residing in various countries over the past 25 years, Nanna is currently based in Shanghai.

Saad Stephan has led a distinguished career in finance, which is marked by his strategic leadership roles across various global markets, including the Middle East and North America. As the CFO for Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Egypt, Saad has driven financial strategies that significantly enhance operational efficiencies and business growth. His expertise spans critical areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital restructuring, and digital transformation, particularly within the pharmaceutical sector.

Previously, Saad held pivotal roles at Core-Mark International in Canada; Emaar, Dubai Properties, and Kingdom Hotel Investments in the UAE; Omar Kassem Alesayi Group in Saudi Arabia; and Nuqul Group in Jordan.

Saad has a Master’s in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Certified Wealth Manager (CWM), and a Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM).

His CA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan further solidifies his foundational knowledge.

Badar Farooq is a dynamic Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability professional from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With around 20 years of professional experience, he has been pivotal in transforming safety performance and establishing robust sustainability practices within renowned companies like ACWA Power, Petrofac, and ADNOC. His efforts are aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, focusing on sustainable energy solutions and rigorous safety enhancements on significant projects. Farooq's credentials include a degree in Environmental Science from the American University of Sharjah and a Mini MBA from PwC Academy, bolstered by certifications in data analytics, design thinking, and social impact.
