The application process involves gathering applicant details, followed by a thorough review and remote interviews to understand each applicant deeply. After interviews, we carefully match mentees with mentors based on preferences and areas of focus. A "Kick-off Meeting" introduces mentees to their mentors, emphasizing best practices and guidelines. The program includes optional workshops, regular support meetings, and feedback surveys to ensure effectiveness and participant satisfaction, fostering a nurturing and impactful mentorship experience. The program aims for mentees to proactively schedule periodic meetings with mentors, targeting 6 to 8 sessions by the program's end. Though the formal program concludes annually, participants are encouraged to continue their mentoring relationships as long as it benefits both, fostering enduring professional connections.
