Rather than motivational talk, this is a guided coaching experience led by an ICF-certified coach and Positive Psychology practitioner. It combines science-based reflection, experiential activities, and actionable exercises proven to help participants sustain real mindset shifts.
The standard duration is 60–90 minutes, delivered either in person or online. It’s highly interactive — you’ll engage in short reflections, paired discussions, and mini-coaching prompts throughout.
