Mentorship Program

Programme Overview

Mentees: Early to mid-career professionals seeking guidance; career changers; leaders looking to develop soft skills
Mentors: Senior professionals, domain experts, seasoned executives who are committed to coaching
Must-haves: Willingness to engage, openness to feedback, 3–6 months minimum commitment

You fill out a short questionnaire about your goals, strengths, challenges.

We hand-match you with a mentor based on goals, expertise, personality fit.

You receive onboarding materials, guiding templates, and a kickoff meeting.

Over the next 6–9 months, you meet 1:1 (monthly or fortnightly) with your mentor, use session agendas, share progress.

We check in to ensure fit, address adjustments, collect interim feedback.

You conclude the formal program, share your learning, and may stay connected as alumni.

How long is the program?

Typically 6–9 months, with 1:1 sessions every 2–4 weeks.

What if I don’t like my mentor match?

You can request a re-match within the first 30 days.

How much time do I need to commit?

Expect 1–2 hours/month for core sessions + 1 hour of prep / reflection.

Who selects the mentors?

We vet all mentors via application, references, and alignment to our mentoring standards.

Can alumni continue the relationship?

Yes — we encourage ongoing connection and alumni participation in peer groups.
